Reporting in with a food journal

If nothing else, I ought to be able to post about what I’m eating, correct?

Well, that depends on me sticking to logging my meals… so, we’ll see…

About HDHS

Hundred day Head Start is about motivation and support in starting and maintaining a diet and exercise program. I’m overweight also, so I’m going through this WITH you. I intend to stay out of the debates over low carb vs. low fat, Weight Watchers vs. well, everyone else, and other debates for which there are no answers, only studies paid for by the programs.

My view: Do what works for you.  But, do it now.

Hopefully, by the time you read this, I will have a forum up and running because I’d love to have a community that represents the spectrum of people trying to lose weight, get fit, and improve health.
