Are you taking part in the Hundred Day Head Start?

My cousin promised to post a “before” picture, so I’m posting this to hold her accountable. She has her family lined up to support her with eating and exercise. That’s such a huge part of any diet, because your family are the people that will be most likely to sabotage you.

That’s right, I said it. Does this sound familiar?

“Let’s go to McDonald’s”

“Pizza! I want pizza!”

“But, it’s a special occasion!”

Don’t tell my I’m a cynic - I’ve been hearing those same things for years, and I’m betting you have also.

Don’t let the bastards get you down - make ‘em prop you up!

i know its tough to diet and especially to lose weight but there are some alternatives to making things easier. for example, there is a weight loss pill that allows you to eat all that you want while still causing you to lose weight. this pill is called akavar 20/50 and it supresses yer appetite so you dont overeat, and gives you lots of energy so you will make it through the day. i would reccomend it, or at least that u try and see for yourself, plus it has a money back gaurantee :o)

I think that you really do need the suppot of your friends and family in this journey. I also think that it is a lifestyle change and pills are only a “quick fix” Go the distance with the challenge and make the change. Good idea for the 100 day head start, have you done this before or is this the first year?

    Hi Cassie,

I tried last year after walking 117 straight days during the spring and summer and losing 60 lbs. I’d taken a couple weeks off while starting a new job and wanted to motivate myself to restart.

    I was not successful.

I tried a couple more attempts earlier this year, even though we were not within the “Official” 100-day period, and was waylaid by illness and injury. I hope that is all past.

Thanks for stopping by and commenting.
