Kimkins a fraud
As I stated previously, I stay agnostic when it comes to programs.
That said, I can’t let this one past: Kimkins a fraud.
Be sure to check out the photos of “Kim”.
Additonally, I was happy to see links from Slamboard to Jimmy Moore’s apology for his behavior over the previous months. I literally took Jimmy off my RSS feed’s just days prior to his apology because I tired of precisely this behavior, so i was unaware of the apology. I may have to go back and see if anything has changed now that 6 weeks or so has passed.

Get The Word Out…
I recently took up the cause to “get the word out” about Kimkins.com and the dangers of following this very low calorie diet. Don’t be fooled. Do your research! Kimkins.con is nothing more than a low fat, low carb, low calorie, unhealthy starvation diet that is causing Eating Disorders (EDs) and hair loss in many. This diet was started by a lady who calls herself “Kimmer” and never even lost the weight herself on her own diet. Kimmer even charges $59.95 for her unhealthy starvation diet and offers a “lifetime” membership that gets you banned from her website if you question her about her diet or after pictures. Friends don’t let friends do Kimkins!! Be smart in 2008 and lose weight the right and healthy way!
[…] think it’s a good idea. I don’t often recommend against a specific idea (I think Kimkins was the only thing so far), and usually take the passive-aggressive approach like I did above by […]

The Kimkins Diet is nothing more or less than starvation.
Period.
It’s a super low everything diet — super low calories, super low carbs, super low fats, super low protein, super low nutrients.
For over a year now, many members of the online weightloss community have been investigating this diet and its creator, and the facts are shocking.
Anybody who cares about their health, and the health of their family and friends, can Google “Kimkins scam” as well as basic nutrition info especially the medical data on what starvation diets do to the human body and brain.
Talk to the Kimkins Survivors. Check out the research that’s been dug up and the evidence that’s been gathered. Read the court documents. And yes, there are a ton of court documents, and they’re online at the website of the Riverside California court system because Heidi Diaz and several people who work for her are being sued for massive consumer fraud.
You want to see what Heidi looks like? This alleged diet diva who has made millions teaching desperate dieters how to starve themselves and their unborn babies and newborns? Look for yourself. Google the surveillance photos and videos, shot by news cameras and a private investigator.
This woman, who has not lost any weight, and drives around with open boxes of sugar cookies, has the gall to insult and demean people when they eat an extra piece of lettuce. You think I’m kidding? The evidence is right there, online, in posts she herself wrote, at the Kimkins website and before that at the Low Carb Friends support boards while she was “perfecting” her spiel.
Very affecting event and very touching article! Thanks!
